Whether you desire fabulous flowers, gorgeous roses, lush plants or delicious fruit and gourmet baskets, our talented team will create extraordinary designs to convey your message.  Our friendly sales staff is dedicated to helping you select the perfect gift for your special occasion. Delivery is always FREE to our local Hospital, Manor and Wordens Funeral Home. We also offer FREE DELIVERY to all schools in Newcastle (due to website coding a fee may show at checkout, but we will not include delivery fees for school orders when your credit card is actually charged). 

A local delivery fee of $5.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)  The delivery fee for Upton and Osage is $5.00.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We endeavor to meet your special delivery request. Please note all your concerns about delivery; our driver will make every effort to deliver your flowers accordingly.  Occasionally, deliveries to rural routes are not available, however, we make every attempt to contact the recipient to pick up their freshly designed flowers when in Newcastle.  

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Our shop is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. 

Our service counter is closed evenings and on Sundays, however the store is open until 8:00 p.m. everyday.  Our cooler is filled with freshly made arrangements and we have a lovely selection of gifts for every occasion.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
